Joe Muer Seafood along the Detroit River at General Motors’ world headquarters at the Renaissance Center, has announced several new changes, including a newly redesigned space with fresh décor, an updated interior, and a new bar and piano lounge.
The décor at Joe Muer is inspired by the classic 1960s midcentury modern era, complemented by contemporary designs. Inside guests can expect to see new décor, new flooring, and the relocation of the piano bar and lounge area.
The restaurant will still offer live music at the piano bar, which includes songs from The Spinner’s Keith Ferguson who performs most Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The newly renovated adjacent bar offers a curated selection of cocktails and wines to enjoy in the lounge setting.
In addition, Joe Muer is offering several special menus including a limited time only, three-course surf and turf dinner Sundays through Thursdays, which includes a Caesar salad, a 6 oz filet and a 6oz lobster tail, as well as coconut cake for dessert for only $95. They also host happy hour Monday through Friday, with discounted menu items and enhanced libations.
